Founder, Sally Pass, a Certified Public Accountant, knows how to bring your company to a higher level of functionality and profitability. Founder Sally Pass has over 25 years of experience in a controller capacity as well as a CPA in public accounting. Her extensive expertise comes from working for such organizations as David Berdon & Co., North Shore Towers Management Inc., an affiliate of the Bronfman Real Estate investment interests; and Church Management, the residential management arm of Peter Sharp & Company, where she managed a portfolio of properties including cooperative and condominium forms of ownership valued in excess of $700 million. Sally was also an adjunct Professor of Accounting for the City University of New York and has lectured on the topics of accounting and taxation for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
